My name is Bronica Baker Deale, I am Brittany’s Mother and the founder of Brittany's Reign. Inspired by the memory of my daughter Brittany, I am committed to providing underserved children with the chance to experience the joys of horseback riding, while fostering the confidence and self-esteem that this sport instills.
I grew up in Dayton, Ohio. As an adult, I moved to Dallas, Texas, and from there, San Diego, CA. I relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, and established Atlanta as my home. My career consists of over fifteen years in the broadcast and television industry where I achieved qualities that not only contributed to my career, but my personal success and abilities as well. The essence of success consists of many different attributes, with resilience and a belief in one’s self being at the top of the list.
The tragic loss of my daughter Brittany in 2006 was a pivotal moment in my life. Her passion for horses and her vibrant spirit inspired me to create an organization where other children could find joy, healing, and inspiration through equestrian activities. My vision for Brittany's Reign is to make these experiences accessible to children who might not otherwise have the opportunity, fostering a sense of community, confidence and resilience.
Outside of my work with the non-profit, I enjoy swimming, traveling, and reading, activities that keep me grounded and connected to the world around me. I am guided by a belief in the transformative power of compassion, empathy, honesty, and integrity, and I strive to embody and promote these values in all aspects of Brittany's Reign. My goal is to enhance children's lives and create a new generation of horseback riders, one hoofbeat at a time.
